From 31 May to 3 June 2018 a joint exhibition of Russian and German artists entitled TRANSITION – on the path to digital transformation will be held at the State Central Museum of Contemporary History of Russia. ( Tverskaya st., 21, Moscow, 125009)
This exhibit will feature paintings, sculptures and installations of Russian and German artists (Hans Rudolf "Ruedi" Giger, Viacheslav Koleichuk, Michael Soltau, Udo Rathke, Vadim Kirillov and Eduard Anikonov) that provide a glimpse into how we are living through this transformation and the digitalization of our lives and industry.
The exhibit will be open to visitors in Moscow until 3 June 2018. Part of the exhibit will then be presented to participants of the international industrial exposition INNOPROM in Ekaterinburg in early July this year. This autumn the exhibit will open at the Zollverein Coal Mine Industrial Complex in Essen, and in October it will be shown as part of Russia Day celebrations in the federal state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, at the Rostock Art Gallery.
ВThe exhibition has been organized with the support of the federal state of Mecklenburg-West Pomerania, the Industry Development Fund, the German-Russian Forum, the Wismar Eastern Institute, and the international law firm Beiten Burkhardt.
